These terms govern your participation in the ProAffiliateX affiliate network. By submitting an application, accessing the partner panel or promoting any offer, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the network.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
All information in your application must be accurate and kept up to date, including your traffic sources and payout details.
One account per affiliate. Duplicate accounts created to claim referral commission or to bypass a suspension will be closed and unpaid balances forfeited.
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

2. Approval and offer access

Approval is at our discretion and can be withdrawn. Access to individual offers may require separate approval by the advertiser, and offers may carry their own caps, GEO restrictions and traffic rules that override anything stated on our website.

3. Traffic rules

You may promote our offers only through traffic sources that are permitted for that offer. The following are prohibited across the entire network:

Bot, incentivized, generated or otherwise non‑genuine traffic.
Fraudulent, duplicated or falsified leads.
Brand bidding or trademark use without written approval.
Misleading claims, fake news layouts, false celebrity endorsements or unapproved earnings claims.
Adware, toolbars, cookie stuffing, iframe injection and forced clicks.
Unsolicited email or SMS, or any traffic obtained in breach of applicable law.

You are responsible for complying with the advertising laws, consumer protection rules and platform policies that apply in every GEO you run.

4. Tracking and reporting

Conversions are tracked through our Scaleo‑based platform. The figures recorded in our platform, as reconciled with the advertiser, are the figures used to calculate your payout. Discrepancies between your own tracker and our platform should be reported to your manager within 7 days of the campaign date so that logs can still be checked.

5. Payouts

Standard terms are NET‑7. Weekly and on‑request payouts may be granted to partners with a stable track record.
Minimum payout is $100, or $50 for crypto payouts. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next period.
Payouts are made in the method selected in your account. Fees charged by your payment provider are yours; we do not add fees on our side.
Payouts may be held while an advertiser audits lead quality, or where fraud is suspected, until the review is completed.
You are responsible for your own taxes and for any invoicing or documentation your jurisdiction requires.

6. Lead quality and chargebacks

Advertisers may reject leads that fail quality checks. Where a rejection affects your balance we will share the underlying data with you, and we will dispute rejections we believe are unjustified. Payouts for conversions later found to be fraudulent may be reversed.

7. Referral programme

Affiliates you refer through your referral link earn you 5% of their net revenue, paid from our margin and never deducted from their payout. Self‑referrals, incentivized sign‑ups and referrals that generate fraudulent traffic do not qualify.

8. Confidentiality

Payout rates, caps, private offers, creatives and advertiser identities shared with you are confidential and may not be published or passed to third parties without our written consent.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end this relationship at any time. We may suspend or close an account immediately for breach of these terms, fraud or a request from an advertiser. Balances earned from traffic that breached these terms may be withheld. Legitimate balances remain payable subject to the normal payout terms.

10. Liability

The network is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by advertiser insolvency, offer pauses, tracking outages or events outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the amounts payable to you for the three months preceding the claim.

11. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the revised version on this page with a new revision date. Continuing to promote offers after a change means you accept the updated terms.
