Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 August 2026
ProAffiliateX (“we”, “us”, “the Network”) operates the affiliate network available at proaffiliatex.com and the partner panel hosted on our Scaleo tracking platform. This policy explains what personal data we collect from affiliates, advertisers and website visitors, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
ProAffiliateX is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, contact us at partners@proaffiliatex.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data — name, company name, email address, messenger handles (Telegram, Skype), country, and the traffic sources and verticals you tell us you work with.
- Payment data — the payout method and account identifier you choose (bank details, e‑wallet ID or crypto wallet address), plus invoices and payout history.
- Campaign data — clicks, conversions, sub‑IDs, IP address, user agent, device, browser, operating system, referrer, GEO and timestamps recorded by our tracking platform.
- Website data — pages viewed on proaffiliatex.com, approximate location derived from IP, and information collected through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications — messages you exchange with your affiliate manager by email or messenger.
3. How we use your data
- To review your application, create and administer your partner account, and verify your identity where required.
- To track campaign performance, attribute conversions and calculate the payouts we owe you.
- To detect and prevent fraud, bot traffic, duplicate leads and abuse of our offers.
- To send you offer updates, payout notifications and service messages relevant to your account.
- To comply with our legal, accounting and anti‑money‑laundering obligations.
4. Legal basis
Where the GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of the contract between us (running your account and paying you), our legitimate interests (fraud prevention, network security, improving our offers), your consent (non‑essential cookies and marketing email) and our legal obligations (tax and accounting records).
5. Cookies and tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the website and the partner panel, and tracking cookies and postback parameters to attribute clicks and conversions to the correct affiliate. Analytics cookies help us understand how the site is used. You can control non‑essential cookies through the consent banner or your browser settings; disabling strictly necessary cookies may prevent the partner panel from working.
6. Who we share data with
- Advertisers — the conversion and quality data needed to validate leads and settle payouts. We do not share your payout details with advertisers.
- Our tracking provider (Scaleo) — which hosts the platform that records clicks and conversions on our behalf.
- Payment providers — banks, e‑wallets and crypto processors used to send your payouts.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information.
We do not sell your personal data.
7. International transfers
Our advertisers, service providers and partners may be located outside your country. Where personal data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention
Account, campaign and payout records are kept for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by tax, accounting and anti‑fraud obligations. Raw tracking logs are kept for a shorter operational period and then aggregated or deleted.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to partners@proaffiliatex.com and we will respond within the period required by law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
Access to the partner panel is protected by individual credentials and the site is served over encrypted HTTPS connections. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and tell us immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else.
11. Children
Our services are for business use and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services change. The revision date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and material changes will be announced in the partner panel or by email.
